The final cost of the products depends on the density of the material, the dimensions of the awning and the number of fittings used. How do I correctly calculate the cost of the finished product? 1.The product price is quoted per square metre of fabric of the appropriate density, excluding accessories - such as fittings. 2.However, the product price is calculated not on the basis of the square metre, but the actual fabric consumption. Fabric consumption includes hemming to reinforce the perimeter, under the eyelets, for seams (2.5-4 cm each), side walls and flaps. This applies especially to large awnings for cars, trucks, trailers, etc. 3. The cost of additional accessories (straps, brackets, zips, extensions, ropes, hooks, etc.) is calculated separately.
